I like your recipe, but...Happy New Year Florian !!<br /><br />I like your recipe, but I would suggest that you try to cook it with a better sort of chicken; i.e. less fat more meat.<br /><br />There are two types of better chicken. One is called something like ”happy chicken” and it is better, but not so great. The other one, I can't remember the name, but it is more expensive and is yellow. This one makes a big difference with regular chicken found in Romania.
