It was delicious !<br /><br />Anyway, to answer your question, I am French married to a Romanian. It looks pretty nice and not too difficult to prepare; so I'll try it out.<br /><br />Otherwise: you've got a nice site with nice photos which can be enlarged and this is great ! Keep on posting recipes please and of course it would be great to have Romanian specialties.<br /><br />For instance, when I was in Bucharest in 1992, I ate a dish I loved: Brasovence. This was at a restaurant called Bolta Rece. Lately, I have been trying to find a recipe for this, but couldn't.
